Here's a good question to help launch this mailing list for the 
"chosen ones" from online-news:

What publishing companies have been investigating SGML as a way to
package information for print and/or electronic distribution? What 
DTDs have you been considering?

(SGML, the Standard Generalized Markup Language, is a system for 
tagging text with content labels and references to non-text objects
such as photographs. A Document Type Definition, or DTD, is the set
of rules that specifies allowable tags.)
